This "ideal restaurant" has evolved over 15 years into the concept of
"summertime food". We've developed a menu centered around taste, bringing
together fresh local ingredients with flavors and spices from around the
world.
Favorites include wonderful salads,
homemade soups, real roasted turkey sandwiches, creative breakfasts, hand
cut beef, a great seafood selection and flavorful vegetarian dishes.

We've stayed seasonal, from May to October, with
real hands on owner management, using talented staff of local young people
and summer residents, many of whom come back year after year.
And••••we still have that sailboat. It now spends
summers in a storage yard in Florida and we manage to get back to those
warm, clear waters for a few months every winter. |
