We've stayed seasonal, from May to October, with
real hands on owner management, using talented staff of local young people
and summer residents, many of whom come back year after year.
And••••we still have that sailboat. It now spends
summers in a storage yard in Florida and we manage to get back to those
warm, clear waters for a few months every winter.
